May Give Away Prizes I'm Giving Away

This is my post to let you know that I'm part of the May Give Away over at http://sewmamasew.com/blog2/?p=7239 and this is one HUGE Give Away!!  Lots of people are participating and you just need to follow the link to catch up with everyone.  Here is what I'm giving away!  I made these by taking white cotton fabric and then fusing things to do with cats on it.  I would frame these and therefore, I did not finish the edges.  But you can finish the edges and make them into a doll quilt or whatever you decide.  I am adding some cat fabric so that you can make your own or do whatever you want.  These will each be a prize so we'll have two winners!!  Here is what you need to do in order to enter - post about this give away on your blog for one entry and become a follower for two entries.  Make sure when you leave a comment that you leave your e-mail address.  I'll use the random counter and I will ship internationally.  There will be some other surprises in your package that you will like.  I am excited to find out who the winners are!!

More Quilts from Quilt Shows

More eye candy for you to look at.  I'm sorry these photos aren't better but you can see that these are wonderful old quilts.  The last two are from the Bloomington show.  Nashville Indiana has a quilt show the first week-end of June but a friend and I are having a garage sale.  I'm trying to figure out a way to go.  If you have an upcoming quilt show in your area then e-mail me and I'll post about it.  The more word that gets out the better.

Quilt Show at Church

All of these are very old and you can see that by the fabrics.  My camera did a terrible job and the lightning was not good.  The quilting was amazing and all by hand.  I'll post more another day.  Enjoy these photos. 

Girl's and their Cats

I'm trying something out this morning that I haven't done before and I thought I would share it.  I love the collages but did not have a computer before that was powerful enough to do this.  I want to do some larges ones that I can frame.  This is a test run to see how it will look and I also hope to post another quilt show that I went to.  Some very old quilts and fabrics.  The photos are not the best because of the very poor lighting but they are worth sharing.
